What was the highlight of Atlantica Panthea Resort
Good
If it was not for the staff I would give only 2 stars. But the employees were the nicest, they deserve 5 stars. And I would come back there just because of them. The first night I arrived, the man at the reception was very rude with me because he couldn't find my reservation on booking. But except for him everyone else was nice. I stayed there alone and I was in a weird situation that didn't allow me to leave the hotel. I was therefore staying near the pool the all day, drinking at the bar and eating snacks. The staff was so kind with me. I give a special mention to Barbara at the reception, Ozzy at the pool restaurant, Andreas at the pool bar and the two guys from the animation team. Other than that, the room was not very clean when I arrived. I stayed 3 nights and the cleaning has never been done. The food at the restaurant was good for this type of hotel. The hotel is mostly frequented by family with no good manners so don't expect a quiet experience. It's not a fancy, romantic type of hotel, it's more for family with kids.

Good
Price/value ratio is perfect if you are not too posh, good location - close to the beach, marina and also city center, waterpark entry included (at least in our all-in price), friendly staff, mostly smiling
Big variety of food, but the taste was in most cases just awful and reminded us school years. Also the dining hall acoustic is like in the school cafeteria. Ants in the room. "Lifeguards" in waterpark staring to mobile phones playing videogames or watching movies all day long.

All together it was a good stay but because of the food I think I'll pick a different hotel next tim
The pool area and water park are amazing, great for kids Location is amazing, right in the middle of Agia Napa's side walk and really close to everything, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
The food in the dining area is not good at all... Not a lot of choices, especially for kids My son ate only fries for dinner The snak bar is pretty ok but again not a lot of variety The staff were mainly nice except from one very rude person in the reception desk. The beach towels were charged 2 euros a towel, so if you want to avoid the payment bring it from home The beds were horrible, very not comfortable
